Position Summary:  

Provide analytical support to sales activities and sales administration.  Conduct a wide variety of analytical studies and apply results in an effective manner and adopt alternative methods when appropriate, apply out-of-the box thinking and new approaches to achieve positive results.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for account allocation methodology analysis throughout NA/LA
  • Support the development, creation and overview of account plans/weekly and monthly reviews/tactical planning and prioritization of results.
  • Responsible for Sales Pipeline Administration, monitoring and drumbeat along with management reporting.
  • Responsible for the development of specific product lines (i.e., Eaton, UTAS, IPP, Standard, Used Parts, Proprietary Parts) and overviews in conjunction with Director of sales and respective PMs.
  • Conduct analysis and make proposals on most effective means to reach the entire customer base.  Recommendations are workable within efficient resource application and support needs.  
  • Support detailed sales performance analysis and resulting action proposals to ensure sales efforts result in maximum return.
  • Support enhanced sales force KPI creation/execution.
  • Utilize detailed data in support of conclusion/recommendations of business drives.
  • Develop and maintain regional QMS procedures relative to sales & support
  • Perform other duties as assigned.                                                                                 

 Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:

  • Minimum of one year aerospace industry experience in a support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact across the organizational in a positive, constructive and energy driven manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed mode with minimal supervision.
  • Performance driven and ability to present results coherently and in appropriate detail within defined time-frames.
  • Ability to create methodologies and structures as well as simplify conclusions and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to think in a creative manner and develop out-of-the box solutions.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, success-orientated combined with attention to detail and clear analytical thinking.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with EN9100 preferred

Education / Special Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Marketing, Sales and or Finance or combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional skills in the use of Microsoft Office able to use tools with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to operate in SAP as required.
  • Ability to operate CRM (or ability to learn and utilize it quickly).
